Harbour Walk Cottage is situated in the highly popular Railway Cottages block just a short flat walk along the Marine to Whitby centre.
Beyond along the harbour will take you to the pier & beach.
Whitby boasts some great beaches & lots of bars & resturants such as 'The Star Inn The Harbour' & the 'best fish & chips in the world' from the world famous 'Magpie Cafe' to name a couple.
Whitby is also ideally situated along the beautiful Northern Coast where Sandsend, Runswick Bay , Staithes & Redcar, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough, Filey & Bridlington to name a few can be visited.
The cottage is also ideally placed to visit the very popular North Yorkshire Moors National Park which boasts places such as Grosmont, Goathland where Hearbeat was recorded upto 2009, Blakey Ridge.
Situated near the cottage is Whitby Railway Station where you can take a trip on a steam train (when in season) to visit Pickering with it's many bars & resturants.

The property is split over two levels with 2 double bedrooms situated on the ground level to the rear of the property along with the newly installed walk-in shower room.
Beds are made up with luxury bedding & towels are provided.

Private off street parking is sitauted on the upper ground floor level where a private gated area leads to the cottages.

On entering the property you will find an entrance hall leading to a seperate WC & the spacious lounge / kitchen / diner.
The kitchen is well equiped for self catering needs with an oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster etc.
The lounge also has the advantage of a sofa bed which can be utilised if required.

The property has free fast unlimited WIFI with freesat TV (in the lounge & master bedroom).

The property is well insulated, double glazed & has gas central heating throughout.

Off the master bedroom is a patio area & lawned garden with a BBQ, bench, table & chairs to make the most of the views of the Marina & Whitby Abbey beyond.

Railway Cottages are situated along the North Yorkshire Railway line where steam trains bring & take passengers from Pickering upto 5 times a day in Summer.

The property is stocked with cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, iron / ironing board, hair dryer & a welcome basket with tea, coffee, milk & sugar.
